Sales Policy

1. General Information

The pieces offered in this shop are original sculptures created in Barcelona, Spain. Each work belongs to one of the following categories: unique piece or limited edition. All works are made, signed, and certified by the artist. 

2. Types of Work 

• Available works: pieces already modeled that are finished, checked, and packed once the order is received. 
• Commissioned works: personalized pieces or adaptations of existing models, with conditions and timelines agreed upon individually with the buyer. 

3. Preparation and Shipping Times


Available works require an estimated period of 10 to 15 calendar days for final finishing, drying, and packaging before shipment.
 Delivery times depend on the destination and courier service.
 Commissioned works are managed according to the written agreement with the buyer. 

4. Shipping


Shipments are made from Barcelona to national and international destinations, except where customs or logistical restrictions apply.
 Once the work is shipped, the buyer will receive a tracking number. 

5. Taxes and Customs


Prices include the applicable VAT in Spain.
 For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. 

6. Shipping Responsibility


Each piece is securely packaged.
 If the work arrives damaged, the buyer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the packaging and visible damage. A claim will then be filed with the transport company. 

7. Payment Methods 


Payments are processed through Shopify Payments, which accepts credit or debit cards and other methods depending on the country.
 An order is considered confirmed once payment has been completed. 

8. Intellectual Property


All sculptures and their visual documentation are the intellectual 
property of the artist.
 Reproduction, copying, or commercial use is not permitted without express authorization. 

9. Certificates of Authenticity


Each unique or limited-edition piece is delivered with a certificate of authenticity issued by the artist, confirming authorship, serial number (if applicable), and the limited or exclusive nature of the piece.
