1. How long will it take for my artwork to arrive?
• Available pieces usually take 10–15 calendar days from the time I receive your order until they are finished, dried, checked, and ready to ship.

• Shipping time depends on the destination and courier service.

• Commissioned works are delivered according to our individual agreement. 

2. Can I cancel an order?

• For available pieces, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

• For commissioned works, once I’ve started creating them, cancellation is not possible, as they are made especially for you. 

3. What if my artwork arrives damaged?

• For available pieces, if the artwork arrives damaged, you can choose between a full refund or a new piece in perfect condition.

• For commissioned works, if the piece arrives damaged, please notify me within 48 hours, including photos of the packaging and the damage, and we’ll find the best solution together. 

4. Do prices include taxes and customs?

• Prices include Spanish VAT.

• For international orders, any taxes, duties, or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility. 

5. How can I pay for my artwork?

• You can pay securely by credit or debit card through Shopify Payments, or other methods available in your country.

• Your order is confirmed once payment is completed. 

6. Will I receive a certificate of authenticity?

Yes. Each unique or limited-edition piece includes a certificate of authenticity confirming that the artwork is original and, if applicable, its serial number. 

7. Can I request a custom piece?

• Yes. Commissioned works are created according to our agreement and delivered within the established timeframe.

• If you’d like to inquire about a custom piece, please contact me directly by email. 

8. What type of clay do you use?

I use a durable, fire-resistant clay that’s ideal for modeling and sculpting. Each piece may have slight variations from the photos, which is part of its charm and uniqueness. 

9. Where are the artworks shipped from?

• All pieces are shipped directly from my studio in Barcelona.

• You’ll receive a tracking number once your artwork is ready to ship. 

10. Are there special conditions for interior designers or galleries?

Yes. If you’re an architect, interior designer, or gallery manager, feel free to contact me directly to discuss details. 

11. How does shipping work?

• For available pieces, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

• For commissioned works, I’ll provide the transport cost once the order details are confirmed. 

12. Are handmade works identical to the photos?

Since each piece is entirely handmade, no two are exactly alike. Small variations may occur, which is precisely what makes each artwork unique.
