Return Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to all purchases made through this online store, managed from Barcelona, Spain.
2. Available pieces
Available sculptures may be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the artwork, in accordance with the right of withdrawal established under European consumer law.
To initiate a return, the buyer must send an email indicating the order number and the reason for the return.
The artwork must be returned:
• In perfect condition and in its original packaging.
• Using a tracked and insured shipping service, paid for by the buyer. If the artwork arrives damaged, the buyer may choose between:
1. A refund of the purchase amount, or
2. A replacement of the same piece in optimal condition.
Once the returned piece is received and verified, the chosen option will be processed.
3. Commissioned or customized pieces
Commissioned works or adaptations of existing models are exempt from the right of return, unless the piece arrives damaged during transport.
In case of damage, the buyer must notify within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the packaging and the artwork. The claim will be handled with the shipping company, but refunds or replacements will not be automatic unless previously agreed.
4. Return costs and international taxes
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
For international orders, taxes, duties, or import fees are also the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns will not be accepted due to customs delays or holds.
5. Condition of the artwork
Returns will not be accepted for pieces showing signs of use, improper handling, or damage occurring after delivery.
